Our international program, supported primarily by the U.S. Department
of Education, provides educational assistance to teachers in societies
in transition to market economies. NCEE also brings back insights to
help teach American students valuable lessons about the global economy.
With major grants from the U.S. Department of Education as well as support
from foundations, the private sector, and international partners, NCEE
is at work in 31 nations overseas where the EconomicsInternational program
has served more than 13.2 million students since 1995.
